Hawaii Air National Guard photograph

This undated photograph shows Lt Col Ronald Silva, MSgt Daniel Easter and Col John “Saigon” Lee. MSgt Easter was awarded his Master Recruiting Badge in Col Lee’s office.

Saigon was the 154th Composite Group commander. He came off active duty and served many years before his retirement in 1989. He continues to reside in Kaneohe.

Dan was one of the original recruiters in the Hawaii Air National Guard. He retired and returned to the continent. (does anyone know more about Dan today?)

Ron Silva was the Director of Personnel and ran the Consolidated Base Personnel Office (CBPO).
