This photograph features three Chiefs who served as the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Hawaii Air National Guard. they served as the senior enlisted advisor to the Commander, HAwaii Air National Guard.

From left to right: Delbert Dandurant, Stanley Gomes, and Kent Billings.

They were attending the promotion ceremony of then-Brig Gen Peter “Skipper” Pawling. The ceremony was during the November 2004 UTA weekend.
