Redlegs Receive Awards. Eighty-six members of the Battalion were honored with a variety of awards as a Battalion Ceremony held in the Fort Ruger Armory of the 487th Artillery.

The Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service was awarded to: CPT Franklin D. Pacarro, MSG Vernono F.C. Lum, SFC Bernard K.Y. Lee, SP5 Glenn W.K. Mau, SP4 Garrick S.K. Ching, SP4 Herbert E. Kihoi, Jr.
