Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard promoted to major

Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard received an honor from the Hawaii Army National Guard Monday.
The Hawaii representative was promoted from captain to major at a ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
