SEL Transfer of Responsibility
Posted on Mar 10, 2015 in Ceremonies (Change of Commands, Retirements, Promotions, etc.)The Adjutant General, Brigadier General Arthur “Joe” Logan presided over the Transfer of Responsibility ceremony between the outgoing and incoming Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL) at the Hale Koa Luau Gardens on Sunday, March 8, 2015. With a ceremonial transfer of a Koa Spear, Chief Master Sergeant Chief Master Sergeant Robert Lee transferred the responsibility of Senior Enlisted leader for the HING to Chief Master Sergeant William Parker.
Among the many guests was Chief Master Sergeant Denise Jelinski-Hall, USAF Retired. Chief Jelinski-Hall served as the Hawai‘i National Guard’s Senior Enlisted Leader before becoming the Senior Enlisted Leader for the National Guard. She flew in from her home in Colorado for the event.
