J5 Strategic Plans, Policy, and Interagency Interoperability Directorate

Responsible for joint future strategic plans, documents and studies on current and future military strategy, execution of National Guard positions regarding international affairs issues, oversight of mobilization planning, and enhancement of National Guard joint force development through war plans.

 

State Partnership Program (SPP)

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities between the NG and the partner nation or country. Develops statewide plans, policies, and procedures for the participation in the NG SPP. Prepares training plans and provides staff-level assistance to ensure training and readiness objectives are achieved. Manages programs essential to state Army and Air NG daily and strategic operations, training, and readiness missions.
