TAPS: Ignacio “Ige” Mostoles
Posted on Nov 18, 2025 in TapsIgnacio “Ige” Mostoles, 88, of Hilo died Aug. 16 at home. Born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was a structural fabrication welder, member of the Iron Worker’s Union Local 625 and Hawaii Army National Guard veteran.
Survived by wife, Felisa Mostoles of Hilo; sons, Malcolm (Florence) Mostoles of Maryland, Edward Mostoles of Hilo, Aaron (Sindy) Mostoles and Curtis Jay (Cheryl) Mostoles of Oahu; eight grandchildren. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.
