
Moses “Moke” Paiva, Sr. 80, of Kealakekua, died on August 24 at his residence. He was born in Hakalau. He was a fisherman, carpenter and a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard.
He is survived by daughters, Earleen Kahananui, Lori Moses, Jo Ann Shulman; sisters Hazel Langsi, Genevieve Nishi, Eleanor Segobia; six grandchildren, twelve great- grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 15 at Kahikolu Church in Napoopoo. Service at 11:00 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers. Condolences may be sent to the family at P.O. Box 491, Captain Cook, Hawaii 96704. Arrangements by Cremation Services of West Hawaii
