Congratulations to Bridget Komine who Governor David Ige appointed to her initial term on the Advisory Board on Veteran’s Services. Her appointment will run to June 30, 2017. Her appointment is for one year because she is completing a four-year term of a member who resigned. She can be reappointed to a four-year term next year.
Bridget retired a Chief Master Sergeant with over 30 years of military service. Her last assignment was as the Recruiting and Retention Superintendent, Headquarters, Hawaii Air National Guard.
She currently serves as the Assistant Director, US Department of Labor, Veterans Employment and Training Service (VETS).
We know Bridget will do her usual outstanding job serving on the board.
