Raymond Tavares Rabisa Sr., 85, of Hilo died May 25 at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. He was a veteran of the Hawaii Army National Guard.

Survived by son, Raymond Rabisa Jr.; daughters, Gloria Grace, Raenette Kainoa, Betty Jane (Lambert Kipi) Kapahua , Lydia (Elias) David and Shaylyn (Ethan) Reiger; brother, Wendell Rabisa; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
