Taps: Takashi “Taka” Domingo

Takashi “Taka” Domingo, 79, of Kapulena, Honoka‘a, Hawai‘i, Taka Domingo Electric owner, a retired former councilman for Hawai‘i County and a Hawai‘i Army National Guard veteran, died on August 29. 2016. He was born in Haina, Hawai‘i.

He is survived by son Doyle; daughters Leslie Quiocho and Kimberly Ignacio; brothers Edward “Yuki” and Mel “Sada” Domingo, and Russell Rodriguez; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 9 a.m. September 24 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Honoka‘a Ward. Services: noon. Burial to follow at Kukuihaele County Cemetery.
