Michael Kenji Asato, 66, of Honolulu, an Oahu Country Club employee and an Air National Guard veteran, died on August 6, 2016. He was born in Honolulu.

He is survived by son Riki, daughter Jaime, mother Margaret, sisters Sandy Nishimoto and Karen Asato, and a grandchild.

Visitation: 5 p.m. Aug. 17 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
