Posted on Dec 22, 2015 in TapsYOSHIAKI DAIKOKU YOSHIAKI “Yoshi” Daikoku 80, passed away peacefully December 05, 2015. Born December 13, 1934 in Ko’olaupoko, Kailua (Oahu). U.S. Air Force Veteran, COMSAT Communication Satellite Corporation/Lockheed Martin Retiree.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi Morton Daikoku; son Ivan K. Daikoku; daughters, Doreen D. (Abel) Seabury, Lynette K.D. (Rodney) Pang, Heidi N.D. (Dominic) Amantiad, sisters, Jane Harue Kubota, Flora Tomiko Watanabe, and six grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, December 27th at Hosoi Garden Mortuary, 3:00 p.m. visitation, 4:00 p.m. service. Inurnment will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 05, 2016 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha/casual attire, no flowers. His family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the love & support they continue to receive from family and friends.
