Responsible to conduct full spectrum analysis of joint missions and operational environments to produce assessments and recommendations that support decisions to improve and enable the force. Provides guidance and directs actions to produce healthy life choices and promote resiliency.
Resiliency Directorate
Responsible for 3-5 major functions and provides statewide policy, guidance, leadership, management, and oversight of service member, family, contractor, and employee programs, policies, and plans. Provides guidance to both Army and Air National Guard. State programs may include Violence Prevention, Family Programs, Resilience and Risk Reduction, Yellow Ribbon, Transition Assistance, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Outreach, Religious Support, Behavioral Health, Children Youth, Youth Challenge, and Wellness.
