Building 46 MEDCOM Renovations, Kalaeloa, Oahu, HIARNG
Scope of Work is considered a full renovation of an existing 3-story CMU structure, which consists of, but is not limited to:
– Demolishing abandoned/obsolete plumbing on all three floors;
– Upgrading existing first floor restrooms and installing additional restrooms on second and third floors, including new showers and water bottle stations;
– Replacing all roof systems and roof hatches;
– Replacing all existing fixed partitions and ceilings in interior rooms and hallways;
– Replacing existing central station air handling units with new VRF systems;
– Replacing all existing HVAC ductwork and chilled water distribution systems;
– Replacing all electrical systems including panels, wiring, receptacles, and lighting; and
– Replacing all existing jalousie windows with fixed aluminum windows to match existing aluminum sliding windows. Installation is to be conducted per Project Plans & Specifications attached.
The schedule for this solicitation is as follows:
- Release of Solicitation – July 31, 2026
- Registration for Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting – August 19, 2026
- Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting – August 20, 2026, 11:00 A.M.
- Questions and/or Clarifications due – August 26, 2026, 2:00 P.M.
- Addendum Release – September 04, 2026,11:30 P.M.
- Bid Opening – September 17, 2026
