CA 202613C Solicitation Packet B282 Resurface

Proposed Scope of Work consists of, but not limited to: concrete demolition, civil site work, prepping, grading, and paving of approximately 235,000 sq. ft. of earth within the Kalaeloa parking lot.

  • Demolition: Cold plane existing pavement, excavate 3” of base.
  • Preparation: Survey and prepare grade with existing slope to ensure runoff locations as indicated on drawings/specs.
  • Installation: Fill and compact 3” of base coarse, install tack coat, then install a layer of 3” State Hot Mix Asphalt #3 as indicated on drawings/specs.

  • Registration for Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting June 8, 2026, at or before 11:59 P.M.
  • Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting June 9, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.
  • Questions and/or Clarifications due June 9, 2026, at or before 11:59 P.M.
  • Addendum Release June 10, 2026
  • Bid Opening June 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.
  • Award June 22, 2026
