Deadlines

  • Projects to be contracted/funded in the current State Fiscal Year or to begin July 1st of the next fiscal year CRF (Contract Request Form) with scope of work/plans (if applicable) must be received in the Contracting & Engineering Office prior to March 15 of that year.
  • Projects to be contracted/funded in the current Federal Fiscal Year or to begin October 1st of the next fiscal year CRF with scope of work/plans (if applicable) must be received in the Contracting & Engineering Office prior to May 15 of that year.
  • Professional Services Consultants – Request for yearly submittals The yearly request for Professional Services submittals will be posted in April with a deadline for submissions in May of each year.
