Hawaii Interagency Council on Homelessness (HICH)

Composed of state department directors, federal agency representatives, and community leaders, the HICH was tasked with providing solutions to end homelessness and strengthen the continuity of efforts to end homelessness across future State of Hawaii administrations.

Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters (VOAD)

The role of VOAD is to bring organizations together and enable them to understand each other and work together before during and after a disaster.

Coordinate the Defense Commissary Agency neighbor island case lot sales providing groceries to military personnel, retirees and their families in a safe and secure shopping environment.
