Our mission at the Engineering Office is to provide the entire spectrum of professional engineering services to the Department of Defense to enable The Hawaii National Guard, Hawaii Air National Guard, State Civil Defense, Office of Veterans Services & Youth Challenge Academy to carry out their statewide programs and mission. The major responsibilities are to direct plan, administer, and supervise the following programs: capital improvement projects (CIP), major and minor construction, state contract services, maintenance and repair, motor pool operations, and land management.
