They learned of the coastal site&#8217;s history and plans for the future. They also helped care for the site so that native Hawaiian plants may have a chance to come back. This educational visit was coordinated by the Malama Learning Center as part of the Honouliuli Ahupua&#8217;a Project funded by the NOAA BWET program.
