Mysti Bicoy)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CLARK AIR BASE, Philippines \u2014 Cheers, handshakes and shared stories filled the air Sept. 23\u201325 as the Hawai\u2018i National Guard and Armed Forces of the Philippines celebrated 25 years of partnership \u2014 a bond that has endured typhoons, crises and global challenges to become the Indo-Pacific\u2019s longest-running State Partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis 25-year partnership is the first and longest continuous State Partnership in the Indo-Pacific,\u201d said Maj. Gen.
