Inouye Fighter Squadron Operations Facility &amp; Aircarft Maintenance Facility was dedicated on August, 20, 1914. The hanger\/maintenance facility was another milestone in the conversion upgrade to the F-22 Raptor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the Hawai\u2018i Air National Guard members and retirees attending were <strong>Reginald &#8220;Reggie&#8221; Chun<\/strong> and <strong>Randall &#8220;Randy&#8221; Lum<\/strong>.
