One interesting thing about this moment\u2026 Master Sgt. Rafael Dela Sierra<\/strong>, 154th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron dedicated crew chief, was one of the first crew chiefs that marshaled the C-17 to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I represented the Hawaii Air National Guard alongside our Active duty component the 15th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, base leadership, and the Governor of Hawai\u2019i at the time, Linda Lingle, to welcome the first C-17 Globemaster III to U.S. Pacific Air Forces<\/a>\u201d said, Del Sierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
