He was one of pilots who flew the 154th Composite Group&#8217;s Operational Support Aircraft (OSA) &#8211; then a Lockheed C-130A Hercules. Later, he was member of the 204th Airlift Squadron after the unit transitioned to multiple C-130H3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retiree News emailed this photograph to Phil for comments and he provided this feedback:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cLOL Where did you dig up this photo?\u00a0\u00a0Looks like it was taken during one of our 154th Composite Group hangar parties.\u00a0\u00a0The photo is of my youngest son,\u00a0<strong>Evan<\/strong>, who is now 37 and a practicing attorney. He looks to be about 1\u00bd to 2 yrs. old so I\u2019m guessing the photo was taken around 1985 or 1986.\u00a0\u00a0The little boy to the left in a red shirt is my oldest son,\u00a0<strong>Joel<\/strong>, who is now 43 and an IT specialist.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:10px\"><em>The appearance of external hyperlinks did not constitute endorsement by Retiree News, this included the linked websites, information, products, or services contained therein.
