These luncheons recognized retiring Federal and state employees. Current employees who achieved 10, 20, 30 or more years of longevity received service awards. Luncheons were held at the Hale Koa Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This photograph shows&nbsp;<strong>Dennis Matsuura<\/strong> and <strong>Ramon &#8220;Maui&#8221; Quizon<\/strong> at the September 9, 2011 luncheon. Dennis served many years at the then-169th Aircraft Control &amp; Warning Squadron before his retirement. Maui served with several units during his HIANG career, He was a member of the Royal Guard and he was the Kapena Moku (Captain) before his retirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:10px\"><em>The appearance of external hyperlinks did not constitute endorsement by Retiree News, this included the linked websites, information, products, or services contained therein.
