The image was taken during the\u00a0Hawai\u2018i\u00a0High School Athletics Association (HHSAA) State Riflery Championships at the Neal Blaisdell Exhibition Hall on Tuesday October 30.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of our sons and daughters did well to represent our military heritage with the\u00a0Hawai\u2018i\u00a0Air National Guard.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Garrett retired two years ago after serving the commander of the 291st Combat Communications Squadron in Hilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:10px\"><em>The appearance of external hyperlinks did not constitute endorsement by Retiree News, this included the linked websites, information, products, or services contained therein.
