He will replace <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">BG Martha N. Wong<\/span><\/span>, a HIARNG member currently serving in the J4 position. There is no established start date for his new assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The position is a general\u2019s billet and he has a certificate for promotion to brigadier general.
