The exercise location rotates between Hawaii in even-numbered fiscal years and Singapore in odd-numbered fiscal years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Joe Chaves<\/strong><\/span> retired as a major general and his last assignment was with <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>United States Army Pacific<\/strong> <\/span>(USARPAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u201cButch\u201d Correa<\/strong><\/span> retired as a major general and his last assignment was the Adjutant General in the last 1990s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:10px\"><em>The appearance of external hyperlinks did not constitute endorsement by Retiree News, this included the linked websites, information, products, or services contained therein.
