If you know a Filipino or Filipino-American World War II veteran, please complete the attached application, provide supporting document(s) such as DD-214 discharge paperwork for the veteran, and send it to FilVetRep Region 11 via email or mail by October 1, 2018. A second award ceremony is projected for January, 2019.
