Excite Camp (Oahu) for Middle School Girls

Women in Technology is excited to host the 3rd Excite Camp Oahu to be held June 12 – 15 at the Manoa Innovation Center, Presentation Room.  Excite Camp is focused around exposing and encouraging our young ladies into STEM careers. The camp is designed to be a small group of girls, and capped at 24 to promote collaboration, team building, communication skills and building confidence in our girls to know that they are very capable (and sometimes even better) in doing a “boys” job. The camp will provide girls the opportunity to explore hands on STEM activities, learn about the Engineering Design Process and visit various STEM companies and network with industry professionals.  Excite Camp is open to all incoming 7th & 8th grade girls. Incoming 6th graders can apply, but will be placed on a wait list and will be accepted if I have spaces available. Camp Flyer and Application Here
