Cybersecurity System Requirements for Facility Related Control Systems

The MBDA Business Center at UH, the U.S. SBA Hawai`i District Office, and the State Department of Transportation DBE will host an informational session with U.S. DoD officials on Cybersecurity requirements for Facilities Related Systems. This session will cover cybersecurity requirements for implementing the Risk Management Framework
(RMF) and achieving an Authorization to Operate (ATO) for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS).
New or Rehab buildings with FRCS and/or new FRCS such as HVAC, intrusion detection, water and electrical systems will have to achieve an RMF ATO. Topics included (but not limited to):
Why are the DoD doing this?
What are the basic requirements?
What is a Facility Management Related Control Framework?
What are the efforts required for Authorization to Operate (ATO)?
What are the requirements and skillsets to submit?
This training is only for existing businesses with an interest in competing in the federal government contracting arena. Register early--seating is limited to two representatives per company.
