CyberPatriot Competition State Awards Announced
The Air Force Association CyberPatriot program office recently announce the results for this year’s Season XI National Youth Cyber Defense Competition. Winners for the State Awards for Hawaii are:
Open Division
1st – Mililani High School
2nd – Kamehameha Schools
3rd – Sacred Hearts Academy
All Service Division
1st – Leilehua High School
2nd – Punahou School
3rd – Moanalua High School HI-921
Middle School Division
1st – Kawananakoa
2nd – Mililani Middle School
3rd – Kailua Intermediate School
CyberPatriot is the national cybersecurity competition for middle and high schools and this season included over 6,500 teams competing nationally. The competition continues with the post-season semifinals to be held during February 1-3. The top 28 teams nationally will advance to the National Finals Competition to be held during April 7-11 in Baltimore, MD.
CyberPatriot top performing teams and other awardees will be honored at the State CyberPatriot Recognition Ceremony at a future date.
