(CURRENT TECHNICIANS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employment Verification is a Self Service My Biz tool allowing employees to email employment and\/or salary information to an external organization (business, bank, credit union) directly from the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) \u2013 via secure internet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employment Verification allows employees to securely and conveniently provide proof of their employment and\/or salary to an external organization or person. It\u2019s quick and easy \u2013 have the organizations or recipients email address on hand, and log into My Biz, select Employment Verification, and then Details to Share. Details to Share include two secure choices of information to send:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cEmployment Information\u201d, provides Employee Name, Current Date, Job, Organization, Last 4 of SSN, Employment Status, Employment dates, and Rate of Pay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cEmployment and Salary Information\u201d, provides the same employment information above, plus total salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To email Employment Verification information to an external organization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employment Verification is the employee\u2019s secure choice for quick verification of employment and\/or salary information!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log into the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/compo.dcpds.cpms.osd.mil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DCPDS PORTAL<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select, My Biz, Employment Verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select your Details to Share, either Employment Information, or Employment and Salary Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter Recipient Email Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter (verify) your work email address is included in Recipient Information \u2018CC\u2019 field to receive a copy of Employment Verification email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Continue to \u2018Acknowledge and Submit\u2019 to send your EV information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-50\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/dod.hawaii.gov\/hro\/files\/2018\/07\/Employment-Verification-from-MyBiz.pdf\">Verification of Employment Example<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment Verification (Former Technicians)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employment Verification for members no longer employed with Hawaii National Guard must get their records from the National Archives.
