Office of Homeland Security Cyber Safety Awareness

(ISC)2 Hawaii Chapter, in partnership with Cyber Hui, recently announced the schedule for their one-week Standard and Advanced cybersecurity camps called CyberCamps being offered this summer during Jun 11 thru August 10. These camps will prepare students with learning the basics of Windows, Ubuntu Linux and networking to compete in the CyberPatriot National Youth Cyber Defense Competition that many Hawaii middle and high schools are involved. Camps run 4 hours a day for 1 week for 20 hours total. Camps are FREE, available and supported by volunteers from Hawaii’s cybersecurity community.
