Joint Exercise Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam
Posted on Mar 11, 2013 in In The News, VideoAirmen from the15th Wing and the Hawaii Air National Guard’s 154th wing recently completed a joint operational readiness exercise here at joint base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The exercise demonstrated the effectiveness of the total force integration initiative. For some of the airmen this was their first time operating in a joint environment.
During the exercise the airmen where tested in all facets of their operational capability, from communications to generating sorties to recovering aircraft.
The exercise emphasized the total force’s ability to employ and sustain the force while demonstrating their ability to survive and operate in contaminated/CBRNE environment.
