STEP 2: Attend your scheduled orientation
Bring or submit the following documents for Applicant:
- Completed Application (PDF fillable)
- Government Issued ID (State ID, Driver’s License, Military ID, or Passport)
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- I-94 Card or equivalent for Non-US Citizens
- Medical Insurance Card

PHASE 1: Scholarship Interview (Date will be given to you at Orientation)
