Hawaii National Cyber League Scholarships For High School Cybersecurity Students

The Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) Hawaii Education Foundation (AHEF) and the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 Hawaii Chapter announces the Hawaii National Cyber League (NCL) Scholarship Program. NCL is a web-based national cybersecurity competition and is considered the “Next Step” for high school students inspired in cybersecurity. This program provides 100 scholarships each for $35 ($3,500 in total) to cover the NCL registration fee. Scholarship preference will be given to students that participated in last month’s GirlsGoCyberStart cybersecurity competition with remaining scholarships provided to other high school students on a first-come first-served basis. To apply for a scholarship, please go to the (ISC)2 Hawaii Chapter website. As scholarships are limited and the NCL registration closes this Sunday (Mar 25) at 5:59 pm (local time), candidates are encouraged to apply soonest.
