1^st AOC: Open to permanent and indefinite Title 32 technicians within the 154 CS eligible for AFSC 3D190.

2^nd AOC: Open to members within the 154 CS eligible for AFSC 3D190.
3^rd AOC: Open to members in the HIANG eligible for AFSC 3D190.

4^th AOC: Open to members nationwide eligible for AFSC 3D190 that is able to become part of the HIANG.
