                                                                                                                                                                                                                  In accordance with Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 112, Oil Pollution Prevention, the Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) has prepared Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCP) for applicable facilities.  Each SPCCP sets forth procedures for handling and spill response of petroleum oil, and lubricants on HIARNG facilities. 

HIARNG personnel at SPCCP regulated facilities that have petroleum handling responsibilities must receive annual spill response training.
